What To Expect During Your Next Visit

We are thrilled to have you back with us as we reopen our doors. Some things at our practice will never change – like our passion for all things beauty and the stunning results you receive from our work. But for your safety and ours, office procedures will look different for the time being.

We wanted to give you some notice of what will be changing, and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

New Guidelines – For Your Safety and Ours

Cover Your Beautiful Face: A face covering is required at the clinic. Unfortunately, due to low inventory, we don’t have extra masks to provide, so if you don’t come with a face covering, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Fill Out Forms Online: If you are a new patient, please utilize the MyTouchMD app to review and sign the assigned forms prior to your appointment. You’ll receive a “Welcome Link” to get started. More on MyTouchMD below.

Fly Solo: Unfortunately, patients cannot bring anyone (friend, partner, spouse, etc.) to the office – only actual patients being treated are allowed inside. This is to ensure less interaction within the office and to maintain social distancing guidelines.

Patience is a Virtue: Appointment times may experience delays with the new patient safety protocols in place. Please do your part to ensure we stay on schedule by having your forms filled out prior to your appointment via myTouchMD, arriving with a mask, and being on time.

Prepare to be Screened: Upon arrival at the office, body temperature screening will be required for each patient. If any patient has a fever over 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, cough, or respiratory symptoms, the patient will be asked to visit a health care facility for care and must leave the practice, and call to reschedule appointments.

Register on MyTouchMD.com!

Prior to your appointment, please fill out your paperwork on MyTouchMD. It’s important to become familiar with this platform, as all pre-care and aftercare instructions are now electronic.

What Is myTouchMD?

MyTouchmd.com is a HIPAA compliant patient information portal. You will be assigned documentation to review and complete before your appointment. We’ll email you a “welcome link” from our TouchMD platform, allowing you to register online. If you don’t see the “welcome link” in your email inbox, be sure to check your Spam and Junk mail to register and fill out documentation.

What Can You Access on myTouchMD?

On MyTouchMD, you’ll be able to access:

  • Your patient documentation you’ll need to complete
  • Your patient photos
  • Your treatment information
  • Your consents for procedures & treatment
  • Your pre/post-care instructions
  • Your Preoperative Documentation if you lose your surgery pre-op packet

Please review and sign all necessary forms at home prior to your appointment. You’ll also be able to upload photos to your TouchMD account, should you have specific questions or examples you would like to show. Once you get the hang of myTouchMD, you’ll find it’s a wonderful resource and tool for making the most of your experience with us.
