Patient Administrator

Hi there! I’m Kristina Meltzer, the Patient Administrator at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery. After completing nursing school, I discovered my true passion in the cosmetic surgery world. I transitioned quickly into the hospitality industry before finding my calling here. Working alongside Dr. Fazilat and our incredible team of injectors has been an enriching experience, teaching me so much about the aesthetics field.

I am deeply moved by the kind words from our grateful patients and am honored to be part of their journeys to regain self-confidence. As a cosmetic surgery patient myself, I connect uniquely with the men and women who come to us for consultations. My goal is to ensure our team embodies kindness and compassion, making every patient feel valued and comfortable from the moment they walk in.

Likes: Spending time with the babies of my friends and family!

Jamie Hogan

Assistant Practice Manager & Patient Concierge

Hello! I'm Jamie Hogan, the Assistant Practice Manager and Patient Concierge at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery. With eight years in the beauty industry, I transitioned from cosmetology to the administrative and management side, finding my niche in enhancing patient experiences. My passion lies in ensuring our patients receive the best possible experience from their first visit and beyond.

I believe that looking good translates to feeling good, and I’m thrilled to be part of a team that helps patients boost their confidence and feel better about themselves. My role allows me to combine my love for beauty with exceptional service and support to our patients.

Likes: Spending time with my dog, discovering trendy coffee shops, and taking mini vacations with friends!

Favorite Treatments: I enjoy creating balanced facial enhancements with neuromodulators and fillers, and I’m a big fan of our Acne Bootcamp products and treatments for clear, healthy skin.

Charlotte Noeske

Patient Care Coordinator

As a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery, I play a vital role in guiding patients through their aesthetic journeys. With over five years of experience in the healthcare industry, I combine expertise, compassion, and attention to detail to ensure each patient feels confident and well-supported from consultation to post-procedure care.

Beginning my career as a Patient Concierge, I had a passion for patient advocacy and seamless care coordination which led to successive promotions, culminating in my current role within the plastic surgery field. I am committed to providing personalized support, answering questions, and creating a positive, welcoming environment for every patient.

Likes: When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter either soaking up the sun at the beach or enjoying a night in with a movie and homemade dinner.

Favorite Treatment: My favorite treatments are Botox and Microneedling. Both of these treatments help with anti-aging and keeping my skin youthful and glowing.

Sarai Sanchez

Patient Concierge

Hi there! My name is Sarai Sanchez, and I am the Social Media Manager and Patient Concierge here at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery. My role allows me to combine my passion for beauty, wellness, and patient care while also showcasing the artistry and innovation in medical aesthetics. I've always known I wanted to work in the medical field, and after gaining experience in various medical roles, I found my calling in aesthetics. It's incredibly rewarding to see our patients' journeys and play a part in not only helping them look but feel their best. As the social media manager, I love creating content that highlights the amazing work of our providers and showcases the results we achieve. Whether I'm managing our social media presence or assisting patients, I'm dedicated to ensuring every aspect of your experience is seamless and inspiring. Because I truly believe when you look good, you feel good, and I'm proud to be part of a team that helps empower patients to feel confident and radiant every day!

Likes: When I'm not at work, you find me at a coffee shop. I love discovering new aesthetic coffee shops- they're my happy place!

Favorite Treatment: This is a hard one! If I had to choose, I'd say Microneedling with PRP and Botox are my favorite. Botox is such an amazing preventative treatment-helps keep a youthful appearance and who doesn't love that! On the other hand, Microneedling with PRP is a gamechanger for my skin. It makes my skin texture vanish, giving me a smooth, radiant canvas, all while being super tolerable. Both are staples in my beauty routine!

Morgan Tupa

Marketing Manager

Hi, I’m Morgan! As the Marketing Manager at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to combine my passion for creativity with my love for the aesthetics industry. I moved from Cincinnati, Ohio in 2019 and first joined the SFBAPS team as a front desk concierge, eager to learn and contribute. As I gained experience, I realized my passion for marketing and the potential to elevate our brand. I quickly transitioned into a marketing role and eventually became the full-time Marketing Manager.

Today, I balance my work remotely from sunny Scottsdale, Arizona, with frequent visits to the Bay Area. Despite the distance, I’m proud to be part of such an amazing team. Our staff is not only incredibly talented but also incredibly fun to work with. I love bringing our providers’ work to life through captivating visuals and engaging content. Whether it’s crafting eye-catching social media posts, producing new promotions and email campaigns, or planning our famous Patient Appreciation Week, I’m always excited to share the latest advancements in plastic surgery.

Likes: When I’m not immersed in the world of aesthetics and social media, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, exploring new recipes, spending time outdoors, and staying active through Pilates and other workouts.

Favorite Treatments: It’s between Botox and Chemical Peels. A chemical peel is like hitting the “refresh” button for your skin, and you can’t beat the smooth glow that Botox gives you. Combining these treatments gives me that blank canvas that I can’t get enough of!

Montana Gillis

Patient Concierge

Hi! My name is Montana Gillis and I am a Licensed Cosmetologist specializing in skincare. As a cosmetologist with over 10 years of experience, I have always been interested in all things skin and beauty related. Since starting with SFBAPS over a year ago as a Patient Concierge I was inspired to take my career to another level. I specialize in helping clients achieve healthy skin through customized treatments and expert care. My goal is to provide a relaxing, results driven experience to each of my clients needs. As someone who has been in the beauty industry, I understand how difficult it can be to not be comfortable in your own skin and at the end of the day helping others feel confident in their natural skin will be the most rewarding part of my job. I’m honored to work alongside a bunch of talented people who care so deeply about their patients and can’t wait for all the amazing things they bring to this office and industry!

Likes: When I’m not at work I like to spend time with my dog Maverick going on long walks and finding new trails or beaches to take him to. I’m obsessed with being an auntie so spending time with my nieces and nephews brings me the most joy and going out to dinner with my friends!

Favorite Treatment: My favorite treatment I like getting done is a monthly HydraFacial and of course getting a full facial assessment by our nurses!

Kelly Hamilton

Hi, I’m Kelly, and I’m a patient concierge at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery. When you visit our office, I’m one of the first people you’ll meet, and I love helping patients feel welcomed and cared for. As a licensed esthetician, I bring my knowledge of skincare and aesthetics to the role, ensuring patients have a smooth and informed experience throughout their journey with us.

Likes: When I’m not at work, I’m usually out exploring the Bay Area or spending time with my dog, Louis. I’m here to help with anything you need—don’t hesitate to reach out!

Favorite Treatments: My favorite treatments are SkinPen and Morpheus8 because they deliver such amazing results and help patients feel confident in their skin. I’m also obsessed with ZO skincare—it’s my go-to for keeping my skin healthy and glowing.

Ariana Narvaez

Hello! My name is Ariana Narvaez. I’m a Patient Concierge here at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery. My journey with this practice began as a patient, where I immediately connected with the team. My desire to learn more about skincare led me to a role where I can now help others navigate their own skincare journeys and make the process feel less intimidating. As someone who once relied only on a gentle cleanser and moisturizer for my skincare routine, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to understand the steps that go into a comprehensive regimen.

Likes: When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling with my fiancé, and cuddling with our two dogs. I’m passionate about helping our patients feel at ease and excited about their experiences with us, and I’m here to support them in their skincare and aesthetic goals, offering guidance every step of the way!

Favorite Treatments: When it comes to treatments, my favorite would have to be lip filler. Who doesn’t love some full, juicy lips? It’s such a simple yet impactful way to enhance one’s look.
