Hi there! I’m Kristina Meltzer, the Patient Administrator at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery. After completing nursing school, I discovered my true passion in the cosmetic surgery world. I transitioned quickly into the hospitality industry before finding my calling here. Working alongside Dr. Fazilat and our incredible team of injectors has been an enriching experience, teaching me so much about the aesthetics field.

I am deeply moved by the kind words from our grateful patients and am honored to be part of their journeys to regain self-confidence. As a cosmetic surgery patient myself, I connect uniquely with the men and women who come to us for consultations. My goal is to ensure our team embodies kindness and compassion, making every patient feel valued and comfortable from the moment they walk in.

Jamie Hogan

Assistant Practice Manager & Patient Concierge

Hello! I'm Jamie Hogan, the Assistant Practice Manager and Patient Concierge at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery. With eight years in the beauty industry, I transitioned from cosmetology to the administrative and management side, finding my niche in enhancing patient experiences. My passion lies in ensuring our patients receive the best possible experience from their first visit and beyond.

I believe that looking good translates to feeling good, and I’m thrilled to be part of a team that helps patients boost their confidence and feel better about themselves. My role allows me to combine my love for beauty with exceptional service and support to our patients.

Likes: Spending time with my dog, discovering trendy coffee shops, and taking mini vacations with friends!

Charlotte Noeske

Patient Care Coordinator

As a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery, I play a vital role in guiding patients through their aesthetic journeys. With over five years of experience in the healthcare industry, I combine expertise, compassion, and attention to detail to ensure each patient feels confident and well-supported from consultation to post-procedure care.

Beginning my career as a Patient Concierge, I had a passion for patient advocacy and seamless care coordination which led to successive promotions, culminating in my current role within the plastic surgery field. I am committed to providing personalized support, answering questions, and creating a positive, welcoming environment for every patient.

Likes: When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter either soaking up the sun at the beach or enjoying a night in with a movie and homemade dinner.

Favorite Treatment: My favorite treatments are Botox and Microneedling. Both of these treatments help with anti-aging and keeping my skin youthful and glowing.

Kelly Hamilton

Patient Concierge

Hi, I’m Kelly, and I’m a patient concierge at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery. When you visit our office, I’m one of the first people you’ll meet, and I love helping patients feel welcomed and cared for. As a licensed esthetician, I bring my knowledge of skincare and aesthetics to the role, ensuring patients have a smooth and informed experience throughout their journey with us.

Likes: When I’m not at work, I’m usually out exploring the Bay Area or spending time with my dog, Louis. I’m here to help with anything you need—don’t hesitate to reach out!

Hello! My name is Ariana Narvaez. I’m a Patient Concierge here at SF Bay Area Plastic Surgery. My journey with this practice began as a patient, where I immediately connected with the team. My desire to learn more about skincare led me to a role where I can now help others navigate their own skincare journeys and make the process feel less intimidating. As someone who once relied only on a gentle cleanser and moisturizer for my skincare routine, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to understand the steps that go into a comprehensive regimen.

Likes: When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling with my fiancé, and cuddling with our two dogs. I’m passionate about helping our patients feel at ease and excited about their experiences with us, and I’m here to support them in their skincare and aesthetic goals, offering guidance every step of the way!

Favorite Treatments: When it comes to treatments, my favorite would have to be lip filler. Who doesn’t love some full, juicy lips? It’s such a simple yet impactful way to enhance one’s look.
